3. Quali dati trattiamo e perché
Trattiamo i dati in modo lecito, secondo buona fede e in misura proporzionata, solo per gli scopi indicati qui (art. 6 LPD).
Modulo di prenotazione furgone
Raccogliamo: furgone scelto, date e orari, nome e cognome, data di nascita, nazionalità, indirizzo, telefono, email, tipo/numero/scadenza del documento d'identità, categoria/numero/scadenza della patente e note. Servono a verificare il conducente, preparare e concludere il contratto di noleggio e gestire la consegna del veicolo. Senza questi dati non possiamo noleggiare il furgone. Al momento dell'invio i dati vengono salvati in un foglio Google Sheets tramite Google Apps Script e si apre WhatsApp con il riepilogo della prenotazione. Le foto dei documenti non vengono caricate sul sito: le invii tu separatamente via WhatsApp.
Modulo richiesta trasporto / pratiche
Raccogliamo: tipo di servizio, dati del veicolo (tipo, marca e modello, targa, condizioni), indirizzi di ritiro e consegna, data, urgenza, nome, telefono e note. Li usiamo per prepararti un preventivo ed eseguire il servizio. Anche questi dati vengono salvati su Google Sheets e inviati via WhatsApp.
Contatti diretti
Se ci scrivi via WhatsApp, email o telefono, trattiamo i dati che ci comunichi per rispondere e, se diventi cliente, per eseguire il servizio.
Visita del sito
Quando apri il sito, il server di hosting registra dati tecnici (indirizzo IP, data e ora, pagina richiesta, browser) necessari per consegnare le pagine e per la sicurezza. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati direttamente sul sito, senza richieste a server esterni. Nella pagina principale il sito carica il calendario delle disponibilità da Google Sheets: per farlo il tuo browser trasmette a Google l'indirizzo IP.
Statistiche (solo con consenso)
Se clicchi «Accetta» nel banner dei cookie, usiamo Google Analytics 4 per statistiche aggregate sulle visite (pagine viste, provenienza, dispositivo). Se rifiuti, Google Analytics non viene caricato. Puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento.

Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li cediamo a terzi per pubblicità. Affidiamo alcuni trattamenti a responsabili del trattamento (art. 9 LPD), che possono usare i dati solo per conto nostro:

- Instagram (Meta): solo se segui il link al nostro profilo.
- Autorità, assicurazioni, dogana o consulenti (es. fiduciario) quando necessario per il servizio o per obblighi di legge.
5. Comunicazione di dati all'estero
I dati possono essere comunicati in questi Stati (art. 16–17 e art. 19 cpv. 4 LPD):
- Irlanda e altri Stati dell'UE/SEE: Stati con una protezione dei dati adeguata secondo l'allegato 1 OPDa.
- USA: verso imprese certificate nello Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, riconosciuto adeguato dal Consiglio federale dal 15 settembre 2024 (allegato 1 OPDa); in mancanza di certificazione, sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard riconosciute dall'IFPDT.

- Log tecnici del server: secondo le regole del fornitore di hosting.
8. Sicurezza dei dati
Adottiamo misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate per proteggere i dati (art. 8 LPD): il sito è servito solo tramite connessione cifrata (HTTPS) e l'accesso alle richieste salvate è limitato alle persone che gestiscono il servizio.
9. Decisioni individuali automatizzate
Non prendiamo decisioni basate esclusivamente su un trattamento automatizzato (art. 21 LPD). Ogni prenotazione e richiesta viene valutata da una persona.
10. I tuoi diritti
- Diritto d'informazione: puoi chiedere se e quali dati trattiamo su di te (art. 25 LPD). L'informazione è di regola gratuita e ti rispondiamo entro 30 giorni (art. 18 OPDa).
- Diritto alla consegna o alla trasmissione dei dati che ci hai fornito (art. 28 LPD).
- Rettifica di dati inesatti (art. 32 cpv. 1 LPD).
- Cancellazione, opposizione al trattamento e divieto di comunicazione a terzi; puoi far valere queste pretese anche davanti al giudice civile (art. 32 cpv. 2 LPD).
- Revoca del consenso a Google Analytics in qualsiasi momento, senza effetti sui trattamenti già avvenuti.

2. Applicable law
We process personal data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1) and the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO, SR 235.11). Cookies and similar technologies are governed by Art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act (TCA, SR 784.10).
3. What data we process and why
We process data lawfully, in good faith and proportionately, only for the purposes described here (Art. 6 FADP).
Van booking form
We collect: chosen van, dates and times, first and last name, date of birth, nationality, address, phone, email, type/number/expiry of your ID document, category/number/expiry of your driving licence and notes. We need them to verify the driver, prepare and conclude the rental contract and hand over the vehicle. Without this data we cannot rent you the van. When you submit the form, the data is saved in a Google Sheets spreadsheet via Google Apps Script and WhatsApp opens with a summary of the booking. Photos of documents are not uploaded to the website: you send them separately via WhatsApp.
Transport / customs request form
We collect: type of service, vehicle data (type, make and model, plate, condition), pick-up and delivery addresses, date, urgency, name, phone and notes. We use them to prepare a quote and carry out the service. This data is also saved in Google Sheets and sent via WhatsApp.
Direct contact
If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the data you give us to reply and, if you become a customer, to provide the service.
Visiting the website
When you open the website, the hosting server records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) needed to deliver the pages and for security. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, without requests to external servers. On the home page the website loads the availability calendar from Google Sheets: to do so, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
Statistics (only with consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, source, device). If you reject, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Processors and other recipients
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for advertising. We entrust some processing to processors (Art. 9 FADP), who may only use the data on our behalf:
- GitHub Inc. (GitHub Pages), USA: website hosting.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland / Google LLC, USA): Google Sheets and Apps Script (storage of requests, availability calendar), Google Analytics (only with consent).
Other recipients:
- WhatsApp / Meta (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Ireland / Meta Platforms Inc., USA): only if you choose to contact us or send your request via WhatsApp; WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
- Instagram (Meta): only if you follow the link to our profile.
- Authorities, insurers, customs or advisers (e.g. accountant) when needed for the service or required by law.
5. Disclosure of data abroad
Data may be disclosed to the following countries (Arts. 16–17 and Art. 19(4) FADP):
- Ireland and other EU/EEA states: countries with adequate data protection under Annex 1 DPO.
- USA: to companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the Federal Council since 15 September 2024 (Annex 1 DPO); otherwise on the basis of the standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC.

7. Retention
- Contracts, invoices, accounting records and business correspondence: 10 years (Art. 958f CO).
- Requests and quotes that do not lead to a contract: at most 12 months.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Technical server logs: according to the hosting provider's rules.
8. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data (Art. 8 FADP): the website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to stored requests is limited to the people who handle the service.
9. Automated individual decisions
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing (Art. 21 FADP). Every booking and request is assessed by a person.
10. Your rights
- Right of access: you can ask whether and which data we process about you (Art. 25 FADP). Information is generally free of charge and we reply within 30 days (Art. 18 DPO).
- Right to receive or transmit the data you provided to us (Art. 28 FADP).
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 32(1) FADP).
- Erasure, objection to processing and a ban on disclosure to third parties; you can also enforce these claims before the civil courts (Art. 32(2) FADP).
- Withdrawal of your consent to Google Analytics at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Buchungsformular Transporter
Wir erheben: gewählter Transporter, Daten und Uhrzeiten, Vor- und Nachname, Geburtsdatum, Nationalität, Adresse, Telefon, E-Mail, Art/Nummer/Ablaufdatum des Ausweises, Kategorie/Nummer/Ablaufdatum des Führerausweises und Bemerkungen. Wir benötigen diese Angaben, um den Fahrer zu prüfen, den Mietvertrag vorzubereiten und abzuschliessen und das Fahrzeug zu übergeben. Ohne diese Daten können wir den Transporter nicht vermieten. Beim Absenden werden die Daten über Google Apps Script in einer Google-Sheets-Tabelle gespeichert und WhatsApp öffnet sich mit einer Zusammenfassung der Buchung. Fotos von Dokumenten werden nicht auf die Website hochgeladen: Sie senden sie separat per WhatsApp.
Anfrageformular Transport / Zoll
Wir erheben: Art der Dienstleistung, Fahrzeugdaten (Typ, Marke und Modell, Kennzeichen, Zustand), Abhol- und Lieferadresse, Datum, Dringlichkeit, Name, Telefon und Bemerkungen. Wir verwenden sie, um ein Angebot zu erstellen und den Auftrag auszuführen. Auch diese Daten werden in Google Sheets gespeichert und per WhatsApp gesendet.

Wenn Sie uns per WhatsApp, E-Mail oder Telefon kontaktieren, bearbeiten wir die mitgeteilten Daten, um zu antworten und, wenn Sie Kunde werden, um die Dienstleistung zu erbringen.
Besuch der Website
Beim Aufruf der Website speichert der Hosting-Server technische Daten (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser), die für die Auslieferung der Seiten und die Sicherheit nötig sind. 9. Automatisierte Einzelentscheidungen
Wir treffen keine Entscheidungen, die ausschliesslich auf einer automatisierten Bearbeitung beruhen (Art. 21 DSG). Jede Buchung und Anfrage wird von einer Person geprüft.
10. Ihre Rechte
- Auskunftsrecht: Sie können verlangen, ob und welche Daten wir über Sie bearbeiten (Art. 25 DSG). Die Auskunft ist in der Regel kostenlos und erfolgt innert 30 Tagen (Art. 18 DSV).
- Recht auf Herausgabe oder Übertragung der Daten, die Sie uns bekanntgegeben haben (Art. 28 DSG).
- Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 32 Abs. 1 DSG).
- Löschung, Widerspruch gegen die Bearbeitung und Verbot der Bekanntgabe an Dritte; diese Ansprüche können Sie auch vor dem Zivilgericht geltend machen (Art. 32 Abs. 2 DSG).
- Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung zu Google Analytics jederzeit, ohne Auswirkung auf bereits erfolgte Bearbeitungen.

Nous collectons : fourgon choisi, dates et heures, nom et prénom, date de naissance, nationalité, adresse, téléphone, e-mail, type/numéro/échéance de la pièce d'identité, catégorie/numéro/échéance du permis de conduire et remarques. Ces données servent à vérifier le conducteur, préparer et conclure le contrat de location et remettre le véhicule. Sans ces données, nous ne pouvons pas louer le fourgon. Lors de l'envoi, les données sont enregistrées dans une feuille Google Sheets via Google Apps Script et WhatsApp s'ouvre avec un récapitulatif de la réservation. Les photos des documents ne sont pas téléversées sur le site : vous les envoyez séparément par WhatsApp.
Formulaire de demande de transport / douane
Nous collectons : type de service, données du véhicule (type, marque et modèle, plaque, état), adresses d'enlèvement et de livraison, date, urgence, nom, téléphone et remarques. Nous les utilisons pour établir un devis et exécuter le service. Ces données sont aussi enregistrées dans Google Sheets et envoyées par WhatsApp.

Si vous nous contactez par WhatsApp, e-mail ou téléphone, nous traitons les données communiquées pour vous répondre et, si vous devenez client, pour fournir le service.
Visite du site
Lorsque vous ouvrez le site, le serveur d'hébergement enregistre des données techniques (adresse IP, date et heure, page demandée, navigateur) nécessaires pour afficher les pages et pour la sécurité. Les polices sont hébergées directement sur le site, sans requêtes vers des serveurs externes. Sur la page d'accueil, le site charge le calendrier des disponibilités depuis Google Sheets : votre navigateur transmet alors votre adresse IP à Google.
Statistiques (uniquement avec consentement)
Si vous cliquez sur « Accepter » dans le bandeau cookies, nous utilisons Google Analytics 4 pour des statistiques agrégées sur les visites (pages vues, provenance, appareil). Si vous refusez, Google Analytics n'est pas chargé. Vous pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment.
4. Sous-traitants et autres destinataires
Nous ne vendons pas vos données et ne les transmettons pas à des tiers à des fins publicitaires. Nous confions certains traitements à des sous-traitants (art. 9 LPD), qui ne peuvent utiliser les données que pour notre compte :
- GitHub Inc. (GitHub Pages), États-Unis : hébergement du site.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Irlande / Google LLC, États-Unis) : Google Sheets et Apps Script (enregistrement des demandes, calendrier des disponibilités), Google Analytics (uniquement avec consentement).
Autres destinataires :
- WhatsApp / Meta (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Irlande / Meta Platforms Inc., États-Unis) : uniquement si vous choisissez de nous contacter ou d'envoyer votre demande par WhatsApp ; la politique de confidentialité de WhatsApp s'applique également.
- Instagram (Meta) : uniquement si vous suivez le lien vers notre profil.
- Autorités, assurances, douane ou conseillers (p. ex. fiduciaire) lorsque cela est nécessaire au service ou exigé par la loi.
5. Communication de données à l'étranger
Les données peuvent être communiquées vers les États suivants (art. 16–17 et art. 19, al. 4, LPD) :
- Irlande et autres États de l'UE/EEE : États offrant une protection adéquate selon l'annexe 1 OPDo.
- États-Unis : vers des entreprises certifiées selon le Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, reconnu adéquat par le Conseil fédéral depuis le 15 septembre 2024 (annexe 1 OPDo) ; à défaut, sur la base des clauses contractuelles types reconnues par le PFPDT.
6. Cookies et technologies similaires
Conformément à l'art. 45c LTC, nous vous informons des cookies et du stockage du navigateur que nous utilisons et de la manière de les refuser.

7. Durée de conservation
- Contrats, factures, pièces comptables et correspondance d'affaires : 10 ans (art. 958f CO).
- Demandes et devis sans suite : au maximum 12 mois.
- Données Google Analytics : 14 mois.
- Journaux techniques du serveur : selon les règles de l'hébergeur.
8. Sécurité des données
Nous prenons des mesures techniques et organisationnelles appropriées pour protéger les données (art. 8 LPD) : le site est servi uniquement par connexion chiffrée (HTTPS) et l'accès aux demandes enregistrées est limité aux personnes qui gèrent le service.
9. Décisions individuelles automatisées
Nous ne prenons aucune décision fondée exclusivement sur un traitement automatisé (art. 21 LPD). Chaque réservation et demande est examinée par une personne.
10. Vos droits
- Droit d'accès : vous pouvez demander si nous traitons des données vous concernant et lesquelles (art. 25 LPD). Les renseignements sont en principe gratuits et fournis dans les 30 jours (art. 18 OPDo).
- Droit à la remise ou à la transmission des données que vous nous avez communiquées (art. 28 LPD).
- Rectification des données inexactes (art. 32, al. 1, LPD).
- Effacement, opposition au traitement et interdiction de communication à des tiers ; vous pouvez aussi faire valoir ces prétentions devant le juge civil (art. 32, al. 2, LPD).
- Retrait de votre consentement à Google Analytics à tout moment, sans effet sur les traitements déjà effectués.

11. Visiteurs de l'UE/EEE
Si vous vous trouvez dans l'Union européenne ou l'Espace économique européen et que le règlement général sur la protection des données s'applique au traitement (RGPD, art. 3, par. 2), vous disposez aussi des droits prévus par le RGPD et du droit d'introduire une réclamation auprès de l'autorité de contrôle de votre pays.
12. Modifications
Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique. La version publiée sur cette page fait foi. En cas de divergence entre les langues, la version italienne prévaut.
